We ship once a week or depending on the workload in our custom car fabrication workshop it might be once every two weeks these days. We are a small operation building cars as well as selling parts. Car builds take priority over parts.

Product Description
In this case the customer supplied us with good transmission tunnel cut from a donor vehicle.  The cuts were made smartly so that I could trim the panel as I fitted it in.  You know a lot of the rusted out junkers still have a good trans tunnel in them that can be cut out and fitted to your body, just make sure you get all the floor sub frame pieces as well so we can get it looking stock again. 

The original transmission tunnel in this HK holden had been butchered for easy access to the gear box links as so many were back in the day.  The rear crossmember subframe was stuffed too due to various running gear fitted over the years.

As the floor is a structural part of the body, a big shear plane, we have to employ an overlap stitch weld method to repair a car this way, so a smart person can pick that is has been done, there is no hiding that. However I get a nice fit so it is structurally sound and it can be nicely filled with the usual body repair methods.

It is possible to fabricate a trans tunnel to mimic the original, however nothing will beat the strength of a stock stamped OEM tran tunnel, just keep that in mind especially if the car has to go through any sort of engineering.

What we don't do.
1. Delivering a rusty, oil and greese spattered wreck for us to cut the trans tunnel out of - sorry not interested. The donor vehicle would need to be delivered thoroughly cleaned and or sand blasted in that area to make sure it is worth the effort.
2. Like wise I don't want to be cleaning and prepping shitty parts, so if you cut it out youself then clean it up too.
3. I do not need to be scraping and clening up the floor of the main vehicle either, I have enough other work to do that I don't need to do that shit, so save your self some money and get involved and deliver stuff ready to work on.
4. I can't weld to rust, no one can so I need to know the floor is good so it needs to be stripped.
What cars do we work on?
We only do early model enthusiasts cars, pre 1980 chrome bumper. Hot Rods and Customs.
Cars we will not work on.
No late model stuff, no commodores and no 4x4s.
